1:1 Running Coach
is for you if you are ready to work towards your marathon goals but also…
If…
You are running laps around the soccer field.
If…
You have attended meetings with wet hair from just finishing up a short run.
If…
You felt great on your 3-5 mile run but your legs felt heavy at mile 8 on your 10-mile run.
If…
You followed an AI running program, but AI did not adjust for the last-minute meeting at the end of your day or the ill child that prevents you from leaving the house.
If…
You struggled on your run because you didn’t get a lunch break.
If…
You come home on Friday evening after a long work week and are not sure if you should run 8 or 10 miles tomorrow for your long run.

What People Say
“I started working with Coach Rebecca midway through training for my first marathon after an injury and a not-so-great experience with another coach. When searching for a new coach, I wanted someone who communicated clearly and promptly, treated me as an individual, and created personalized training plans—not something AI-generated or cookie-cutter. Rebecca delivered on all of that and more.
She adjusted my programming weekly, worked around my schedule, and took a thoughtful, conservative approach that got me back to running safely and across the finish line. Because of my injury recovery, we decided it was best to switch to the half marathon—and I ended up with a 16+ minute PR! I’ve already signed up for next year’s full marathon and will absolutely be working with Coach Rebecca again.”

“Outstanding coach. Great listener, and understands the goals. Puts in the effort to take in to account the goals and individual needs (quirks?) of each athlete. Truly is going above and beyond expectations.
The workouts are challenging but doable. She understands the needs of athletes and is incredibly timely. I cannot imagine getting a faster response than Coach Rebecca does.
Overall, 5+ …emphatically!”
